【A&M Diary】唔知各位A&M粉係唔係都好似M佬一樣要清假或者請No pay leave,既然依家放假冇得去旅行,就當然要善用假期,發掘香港好去處。今日,我哋就去咗灣仔汕頭街嘅Cupping Room Coffee Roasters食Brunch,一間Bookmark咗好耐嘅Cafe。餐廳裝修以黑白色為主,簡約而有格調。

呢個全日早餐非常豐富,有太陽雙蛋、煙肉、車厘串茄、貝羅貝洛大啡菇、德國腸同酸麵包!貝羅貝洛大啡菇又大又厚身,超級Juicy,菇味香濃;酸麵包非常正宗,外皮香脆;煙肉同德國腸煎得啱啱好,非常惹味;車厘串茄鮮甜多汁。特別值得推介呢度嘅太陽蛋,好少餐廳會煎到燶邊,蛋黃紅潤,入口蛋味香濃,加埋海鹽同黑椒,好香口。

墨魚汁意粉煮得啱啱好,煙韌有口感,蒜味香濃,炒得香口惹味。大蝦爽口彈牙,味道鮮甜,加埋墨西哥辣椒,有少少辣味,正!
