【A&M Diary】「如果可以倒流時光,你最想去邊一個時空呢?」我最想去你出世嘅時空,見證你嘅成長故事。雖然穿越時空看似無可能,但我哋就去咗位於上環嘅人氣精緻復古餐廳:荼香。原來荼香嘅老闆本身喺銅鑼灣經營一間古董店,所以餐廳有不少古董做裝飾,彷彿走進時光隧道,環境氣氛非常有格調,我哋享受食物嘅同時就分享一吓我哋嘅成長故事啦!

頭盆叫咗嗰清新嘅番茄沙律,車厘串茄鮮甜多汁,食得出好新鮮,再配埋紅酒醋和草莓汁,真係好開胃!連埋上面嘅Burrata一齊食,真係好似我哋一樣咁襯呀!
Parsnip soup with lemon zest, mint oil
天氣凍咗,最啱飲過湯暖下個身。呢個歐洲防風根草湯十分有驚喜,味道淡淡然,加上檸檬皮同薄荷油,味道好有層次,非常滿足。
Homemade pasta with local seafood and spicy tomato sauce
我哋主菜叫咗自家製意大利面配本地海鮮及辣番茄醬。手工意粉好幼身,質感豐富,食落口有啲似伊麵。海鮮非常足料,有魚塊同海蝦肉。最正係每一條意粉都掛上辣番茄醬,仲有好香嘅海鮮味,非常惹味!
